ADAMS CANYON WATERFALL

This canyon is 30 minutes north of the Salt Lake area. I did a solo hike to a 40 foot waterfall bright and early to beat the crowds, as this was the first nice weather weekend we have had this season. I made it to the falls in an hour and half, taking my time. Best hike I have done since being in Utah as you hug the creek the entire time, and is fairly easy when compared to other hikes I have done. This may be my last hike in Utah.....
Thats Antelope Island in the distance, and that peak straight ahead is Frary Peak, which I climbed last year!

coolest bridge I have ever crossed

Split Rock Falls

I had to cross the creek here to get to the other side. You could hear the waterfall right around this rock so I knew I had made it. The water was shallow however its peak snow melt time of year so that water was very cold!

this is what made me leave....so scary!
